THE TEAM
As part of Rosewood’s global Commercial team, focused on driving revenue growth and optimizing digital engagement across all channels, you will contribute to shaping our global paid media and performance marketing strategy. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Commercial and collaborate closely with partners across Brand, Digital, CRM, Communications, Business Intelligence, and our agency ecosystem. This role also works directly with our regional Digital Marketing Hubs to support on‑property and regional commercial needs.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Director, Performance Marketing, Global, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Rosewood’s commercial performance through digital and field marketing leadership. You will guide the global performance marketing roadmap, strengthen our paid media capabilities, and ensure our digital marketing hubs operate efficiently and consistently across regions. Your work will directly impact revenue generation, customer acquisition, and media ROI, while helping scale our digital maturity across properties and key markets. You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to align strategy, support hotel teams, and deliver innovative, data‑driven campaigns that reflect Rosewood’s luxury positioning.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead and develop the operating model of our Digital Marketing Hubs to ensure efficiency and consistency in marketing execution.
- Evolve and oversee the global performance marketing roadmap to drive profitable traffic and measurable ROI.
- Oversee global paid media strategies across SEM, display, social, video, and programmatic channels.
- Ensure campaign performance aligns with brand goals, revenue targets, and consumer behavior insights.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team of commercially minded digital marketers.
- Establish operational structures, workflows, and best practices to scale performance and support regional hubs.
- Partner with global and regional teams to develop integrated, cross‑channel campaigns tailored to brand and market needs.
- Own performance marketing budgets and reporting, optimizing media investment by region, market, and channel.

- You bring 10+ years of performance marketing experience, including leadership roles in‑house or at agencies.
- You have a proven track record of leading, managing, and developing high‑performing teams.
- You communicate with confidence and clarity, translating complex data into actionable commercial strategies.
- You excel in data‑driven decision‑making, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- You have significant experience managing multi‑million‑dollar paid media budgets.
- You understand ad attribution, measurement, and tracking across channels and platforms.
- You stay ahead of digital and paid media trends, bringing an innovative, future‑focused mindset.
- You thrive in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple priorities with precision and strategic oversight.
