Role

We are currently looking for a Talent & Culture Manager to join the Talent and Culture team at Rosewood London.

Key expectations of this role are

Supporting the effective management and performance of the Talent & Culture function whilst maintaining and continuing to develop efficient processes and services to support the smooth running of the department. 
Acting as an advisor and key business partner to the operations, focusing on managing all aspects of the employee relations and the recruitment cycle. 
Driving our culture through effective communication and promotion of positive employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with the hotel’s policies and current legislation. 
Building and nurturing relationships with the wider hotel team to ensure we deliver an unrivalled employee experience to our associates.
Demonstrating the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible.

Profile

Extensive employee relations and recruitment experience is essential.  
Experience of managing a team is essential.
A Human Resources related qualification is preferred.
Experience of working in a luxury environment is preferred.
An exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English.
The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
