Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•    Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, offering gracious assistance with luggage while embodying the refined hospitality standards of the resort.

•    Operate resort buggies safely and confidently, ensuring a smooth and comfortable guest experience.

•    Manage luggage handling for tours and group movements with care, precision, and organization.

•    Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, ensuring all spaces reflect the resort’s luxury presentation standards.

•    Communicate with all departments in a polished, collaborative, and professional manner to support seamless operations.

•    Maintain strong knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and activities to make personalized recommendations that enhance each guest’s stay.

•    Provide accurate, timely handovers to other shifts to ensure continuity and consistency in service delivery.

•    Escort guests to their rooms with elegance and confidence, offering a thoughtful introduction to room features and resort amenities.

•    Deliver luggage, messages, parcels, and guest requests promptly while ensuring comfort, privacy, and discretion.

Assist departing guests by transporting luggage to the lobby and confirming that all belongings have been accounted for.

•    Help maintain the cleanliness, order, and aesthetic of the lobby and arrival areas to uphold the resort’s luxury standards.

•    Ensure all luggage is stored securely and in accordance with established safety and handling procedures.

•    Stay fully informed about resort events, functions, and activities to better anticipate guest needs.

•    Perform additional duties as required to support an exceptional and seamless guest experience.

Qualifications 

•    Previous hospitality experience preferred  

•    You must have a clean driver's license with a least two years driving experience on a full license.  

•    Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal essential  

•    Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment  

•    Demonstrated strong customer service skills  

•    Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays  

•    Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred. 

•    Physical Requirements: Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 80 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
