We are looking for a motivated and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:
  • Together with our Director of Housekeeping, you are responsible for the cleanliness of the entire hotel, as well as for the organisation and checking of the rooms
  • You will be responsible for training and onboarding new colleagues and trainees as well as their development, leadership and motivation
  • Guiding of short training sessions to prepare the team for daily work
  • You will be responsible for managing our high-quality uniforms and have a close collaboration with our laundry department
Required Skills:
  • several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • reliable and talent for coordination and management skills
  • You have an open-minded personality and the satisfaction of your team and our guests is particularly important to you
  • You are passionate about your job, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
  • You have very good hosting and communication skills in German & English
