The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for curating a refined in-room bar experience, ensuring each guest enjoys a perfectly stocked and personalized selection. Your attention to detail and passion for luxury hospitality will ensure every minibar reflects the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish minibars in guest rooms with premium beverages and snacks.
• Ensure presentation and stock levels meet Rosewood’s luxury standards.
• Anticipate guest preferences and personalize minibar offerings where possible.
• Accurately track inventory and report usage for efficient restocking.
• Work closely with the food & beverage and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service.

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or a guest service role.
• Passion for luxury service and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• A proactive and guest-focused mindset.
• Comfortable handling stock and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
