The Business Operations Support Officer is the hotel’s independent control and governance focal person responsible for ensuring that all outsourced manpower transactions are authorized, verified, billed, and reported in a compliant, auditable, and financially sound manner. 

The role functions as a process owner and pre‑audit checkpoint, ensuring that outsourced manpower usage aligns strictly with: 

  • Zero‑Based Manning
  • Approved budgets
  • Contractual and statutory requirements 

The role does not supervise, manage, or direct manpower agency coordinators or deployed personnel. 

Other standard responsibilities:

  • Zero‑Based Manning & Requisition Control 
  • Attendance and Billing Pre‑Audit
  • Agency Contract & SLA Compliance Monitoring 
  • Cost Control, Reporting, and Analytics 
  • Risk Escalation & Audit Support
