The Business Operations Support Officer is the hotel’s independent control and governance focal person responsible for ensuring that all outsourced manpower transactions are authorized, verified, billed, and reported in a compliant, auditable, and financially sound manner.

The role functions as a process owner and pre‑audit checkpoint, ensuring that outsourced manpower usage aligns strictly with:

Zero‑Based Manning
Approved budgets
Contractual and statutory requirements

The role does not supervise, manage, or direct manpower agency coordinators or deployed personnel.

Other standard responsibilities:

Zero‑Based Manning & Requisition Control
Attendance and Billing Pre‑Audit
Agency Contract & SLA Compliance Monitoring
Cost Control, Reporting, and Analytics
Risk Escalation & Audit Support
