We are looking for a passionate Assistant Director of Finance to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial information, strong governance, and effective collaboration with operational leaders.


Key expectations:

  • Support daily finance and accounting operations
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management
  • Support audits and continuous improvement of financial processes
  • Lead, coach, and support members of the finance team


Profile:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally with leadership exposure
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficient in financial systems and Excel
