We are looking for a passionate Assistant Director of Finance to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial information, strong governance, and effective collaboration with operational leaders.

Key expectations:

Support daily finance and accounting operations
Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements
Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management
Support audits and continuous improvement of financial processes
Lead, coach, and support members of the finance team

Profile:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Several years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally with leadership exposure
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
Proficient in financial systems and Excel
