THE TEAM

The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi delivers exceptional dining experiences across a range of refined venues, where service is intuitive, polished, and personalized.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will report to the Captain and work closely with a passionate team dedicated to delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences through elevated service standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, efficient, and personalized service to guests, ensuring every dining experience reflects Rosewood’s ultra-luxury standards.

You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, maintaining strong product knowledge, and anticipating guest needs while contributing to smooth daily operations within the restaurant.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in line with brand and LQA standards
• Take and process guest orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, timing, and presentation
• Build positive guest relationships by anticipating needs and responding with care
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service areas and equipment
• Support team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally in a luxury or fine dining environment
• You have strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
• You are detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• You are confident using POS systems and handling transactions accurately
• You are fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
