Job Description


In conjunction with the Director of Sales. As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for effective Sales coverage of the local, domestic & international markets, to the highest professional standards and in accordance with the standard operating procedures of the department.
He/she will be responsible for the proper coordination and execution of the sales efforts in allocated market segments and revenue stream. Follow-up and executives’ potential sales leads, develops positive relations with current, past and potential accounts, actualizes mailing lists, updates market data and remains informed daily on the activities of the direct competitors. Ensures full compliance with the corporate brand identity directives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, COACHING, AND MOTIVATION TO THE SALES TEAM TO ENSURE THE ACHIEVEMENT AND SURPASSING OF REVENUE TARGETS.
  • COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH THE DIRECTOR OF SALES TO DESIGN AND EXECUTE STRATEGIC SALES INITIATIVES ALIGNED WITH ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES.
  • BUILD AND NURTURE LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • MONITOR MARKET DYNAMICS, ANALYSE COMPETITOR BEHAVIOUR, AND ASSESS CUSTOMER DEMANDS TO UNCOVER AND CAPITALIZE ON NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  • IMPLEMENT AND REFINE SALES PROCESSES TO ENHANCE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND OVERALL TEAM PERFORMANCE.
  • LEAD SALES FORECASTING EFFORTS AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACCURATE BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL PLANNING.
  • REPRESENT THE ORGANIZATION AT INDUSTRY CONFERENCES, TRADE EXHIBITIONS, AND HIGH-LEVEL CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS.
