Role

We are currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team of associates in Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Our Bar Supervisors will be part of a large team responsible for creating a memorable experience to our in house and external guests. This role offers a schedule of approximately 45 hours spread over 5 evening shifts per week.


Key expectations of this role are
  • Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards. 
  • Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.
  • Taking a proactive approach in developing the Bar Associates by providing regular departmental training.
  • Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities within the Bar.

Profile
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
  • Act as a coach and to guide the team.
  • An effective departmental trainer. 
  • Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
  • Having a passion for guest service.
