- Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the Bar Operation to ensure that the Bar operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable
- Assists in Bar stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record.
- Submits request for replenishing the beverage items in the Bar.
- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
- Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
- Takes guest order and serves items without unnecessary delay.
- Presents menu/ drinks list, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to guests.
- Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
- Prepares mise-en-place according to the requirement and operation needs.
- Experience in a similar role within the bar or hospitality industry.
- Passion for the bar and beverage sector.

Rosewood Munich opened in Autumn 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
