Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Director of Rooms to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You’ will lead the overall vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division. You will be responsible for delivering a transformative guest experience rooted in exceptional service and personalized attention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all guest-facing operations to ensure seamless, personalized service that exceeds expectations, aligning with Rosewood’s commitment to refined hospitality.
  • Manage and mentor the Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor guest feedback through reviews, surveys, and direct interactions, addressing concerns promptly and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize room operations, ensuring timely check-ins, pristine accommodations, and responsive guest services.
  • Prepare and manage the Rooms Division budget, optimizing resources while maintaining luxury standards and controlling operational costs.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Engineering and Food & Beverage, to ensure cohesive operations and a unified guest experience.
