Overview:
We are seeking a driven, highly energetic, and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This program is designed for those eager to gain on-site experience. In this role, you will help implement marketing strategies, participate in creative campaigns, perform market analysis, and gain hands-on experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will work up to three days on site/week, for a maximum total of 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers
• Create detailed monthly internal presentations of marketing programming
• Work across departments to assist in the creation of social media content
• Support Marketing Manager in managing hotel content on third party platforms including business listings (i.e. Google Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor) as well as OTA’s
• Support Marketing Manager in monthly website audits to ensure up to date brand messaging and photography accuracy
• Assist in the organization of the content drive, including labeling and sorting photos and videos
• Support Marketing Manager with social media analytics and reporting
• All other duties as required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Photography, or similar field
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts
• Familiarity with social media platforms and identifying trends
• Familiarity with content editing
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Base understanding of latest marketing trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Passion for creating innovative content and strategies

Hourly Payrate: $17-$20
