The opportunity: Food & Beverage Attendant – Seasonal Opportunities (Expression of Interest)

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team for the upcoming 2026/2027 season, with roles expected to commence from September 2026 onwards.

This is an opportunity to be considered for upcoming vacancies across our Food & Beverage operations. Suitable candidates will be contacted as positions become available throughout the season.

In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalised, and seamless dining experience.

What you will bring

• At least 6 months’ experience in hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A genuine passion for guest experience, with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Immaculate personal presentation and professionalism
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Confidence working with POS systems and service standards

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering food and beverages efficiently from kitchen to dining areas
• Setting up and maintaining dining spaces to a high standard
• Preparing mise en place and ensuring readiness for service
• Taking accurate orders and communicating effectively with the kitchen
• Preparing and serving coffees, cocktails, wine, and other beverages
• Maintaining cleanliness across restaurant, bar, and public areas
• Building positive relationships with guests and team members
• Supporting health & safety practices and participating in daily briefings
