KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Job Summary –

·         Responsible for the routine activities at the Guest Relations counter from time to time, ensuring that highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction are achieved whilst maximizing room revenue through the upselling program and other related revenue.
