Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendations
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
  • Take care of the Concierge Desk and provide personalized service to all guests

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
