Job Description

We are looking for an engaging Host / Hostess to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl for the summer season. You will share your passion and creativity, with the team ensuring that our guests enjoy superior beverage experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service that aligns with our brand promise.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival at the outlet.
  • Handle table reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and manage waitlists efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Guide guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and introduce them to their server.
  • Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and VIP arrivals with waitstaff and kitchen teams.
