The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Housekeeping Managers to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
What you will do
We are seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic and energetic individual to deliver timely cleaning, thorough inspections and consistently high standards.

Maintaining luxury standard of suites and public areas

Performing room inspections

Ensuring productivity and efficiency in line with Housekeeping targets

Management and training of Health & Safety regulations

Support manager with on-the-job training

Motivating and driving Housekeeping Attendants
What you will bring
The successful candidate will have:
-
A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
-
Cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5 star Hotel/Resort environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and drive a team

At least 18 months supervisory level experience in a comparable environment

A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
-
Flexibility - able to work shifts, including weekends
