Role

We are currently looking for an In Room Dining Supervisor to join our In Room Dining team at Rosewood London. The In Room Dining Supervisor is entrusted with supervising all in room dining associates to consistently ensure the delivery of memorable guest experiences.


Key expectations of this role
  • Supporting the In Room Dining Manager and Assistant In Room Dining Manager in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.
  • Contributing to the collective commitment of a unique guest experience to create a sense of place. 
  • Embracing Rosewood standards to ensure a consistent guest experience delivered by all guest service associates.
  • Answering the telephone to take food and beverage orders and maximising revenue where possible.
 
Profile
  • Experience at supervisory level within an upscale and refined hotel environment. 
  • Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
  • Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
  • Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
