At Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for a dedicated Income Auditor to join our team and help maintain our high standards .

You will be responsible for auditing financial transactions and providing accurate, efficient and excellent guest service through financial support.

About the role

• Perform audits of financial transactions and reconcile accounts

• Prepare daily revenue reports and summaries for management

• Provide front desk support, including guest check-ins and check-outs

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager and or Director of Finance Business Partner

About you

• At least 1 year previous experience in a similar role, such as Front Office or Accounts, ideally in a hotel 

• Or a relevant qualification (this could be in accounting or hotel management) 

• Must be very detail oriented, have a high degree of professional integrity and be able to work safely, effectively and efficiently 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g. Opera) and Check SEM is an advantage

• Fluency in English is required
