The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Elevated food starts with elevated organisation. As our Kitchen Administrator, you will be the key to keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From managing inventory and supplier coordination to supporting the chefs with schedules, training, and procedures, you will ensure the culinary team can focus on delivering excellent dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage records, supply orders, and inventory to ensure everything is in place when needed.

· Assist senior chefs with recipe standardisation, costing, and technical sheets to keep operations efficient.

· Help new team members get up to speed and support with scheduling and training needs.

· Coordinate communication between the kitchen and other hotel departments to keep everything running smoothly.

· Act as the point of contact for vendors, ensuring deliveries and purchasing align with kitchen needs.
