THE TEAM

As part of the global Brand team—focused on elevating and protecting Rosewood’s brand equity through strategic storytelling, creative campaigns, and integrated marketing and communications across all touchpoints—this role plays a vital part in amplifying the brand across the APAC region.

You will report directly to the Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, APAC, and work closely with property‑level marketing and communications teams, as well as other regional partners, to ensure brand consistency and exceptional execution across diverse APAC markets.

 

YOUR ROLE

The Manager, Brand Marketing and Communications, APAC is instrumental in bringing Rosewood’s brand and communications strategy to life across the region. You will help shape and execute integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, strengthen market relevance, and support commercial priorities.

Working in collaboration with property and corporate teams, you will ensure alignment with global brand direction, while adapting storytelling and initiatives to resonate with APAC audiences. Your blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong executional skills will help drive brand excellence in one of the world’s most dynamic regions.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Support the delivery of the regional brand marketing and communications strategy in alignment with global objectives.
  • Develop and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and priorities, monitoring KPIs to optimize performance.
  • Oversee the APAC brand and communications calendar, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and regional opportunities.
  • Partner closely with property marketing and communications teams, offering guidance, training, and support to ensure brand integrity.
  • Lead regional implementation of brand campaigns and pre-opening marketing activities, including collateral and photography planning.
  • Manage regional media relations, including press release development, press kit creation, and consistent brand messaging.

 

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You bring at least five years of experience in luxury or lifestyle brand marketing and communications.
  • You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
  • You excel at written and verbal communication in English, and proficiency in an additional Asian language is a plus.
  • You have strong brand storytelling instincts and an eye for creative, visually compelling presentation.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • You’re passionate about luxury hospitality and motivated to elevate and protect a world‑class brand.
