About the Roles
We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for the summer season (October/December 2025 through April/May 2026).
As part of our brigade, you will be hands-on with fresh, local, and home-grown ingredients, including produce from our own gardens to deliver dishes that exceed guest expectations. You will collaborate with experienced chefs, contribute ideas for menus, and refine your skills in a professional and supportive environment.
In these roles, you will:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard in line with our luxury brand
Work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs, contributing to menu development and presentation ideas
Lead sections efficiently and ensure mise en place and service run seamlessly
Train, mentor, and support junior chefs in building their skills
Maintain consistency, speed, and attention to detail during service
Uphold strict food safety, health, and hygiene standards at all times
