The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As our Membership Manager, you will cultivate welcoming and thoughtfully curated experiences, ensuring every member feels valued and catered to. From driving growth to crafting bespoke initiatives, you will play an essential role in shaping a program where members feel connected, engaged, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee sign-ups, renewals, and benefits to ensure members get the most from their experience.

· Develop creative strategies to attract new members while keeping existing ones engaged and loyal.

· Be the go-to person for members, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued.

· Plan exclusive events, perks, and offers that enhance the membership experience.

· Maintain accurate records, coordinate with other departments, and track key performance metrics.
