ローズウッド宮古島では、すべてのスチュワード業務を監督・調整し、料理と飲食のオペレーションにおける最高水準の清潔さ、衛生、効率を保証する経験豊かなチーフスチュワードを募集しています。総料理長および飲食ディレクターの直属として、スチュワードの管理、備品のメンテナンス、衛生プロトコルの実施、リソースの最適化などを行い、ゲストの特別な体験をサポートします。


主な責務

- 食器洗浄、衛生管理、備品保管においてスチュワーディングチームを監督する。

- すべての厨房および飲食エリアの衛生、清潔、整理整頓を徹底する。

- 在庫を管理し、破損を最小限に抑え、スチュワーディング機器のメンテナンスを監督する。

- スチュワーディングスタッフを教育し、最高水準を維持できるよう育成する。

- シームレスなオペレーションをサポートするため、飲食チームや調理チームと調整する。


資格と条件

- 日本語と英語に堪能であることが望ましい。

- 同様の職務で2年以上のリーダーシップ経験。

- 外国籍の方 10年以上のスチュワーディングマネジメント経験、準学士号または学士号を含む日本のビザ要件を満たすこと。

- 強いリーダーシップ、組織力、コミュニケーション能力。

- 23kgまでの重量物を持ち上げるなど、肉体的な仕事を管理できること。

Rosewood Miyakojima is seeking an experienced Chief Steward to oversee and coordinate all stewarding operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency in our culinary and F&B operations. Reporting to the Executive Chef and F&B Director, this role is responsible for managing stewarding personnel, maintaining equipment, enforcing hygiene protocols, and optimizing resource use to support exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise stewarding team in dishwashing, sanitation, and equipment storage.

- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in all kitchen and F&B areas.

- Manage inventory, minimize breakage, and oversee maintenance of stewarding equipment.

- Train and develop stewarding staff to uphold the highest standards.

- Coordinate with F&B and culinary teams to support seamless operations.


Qualifications & Requirements:

- Fluency in Japanese and English preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role.

- For foreign candidates: Must meet Japan’s visa requirements, including 10 years of stewarding management experience and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage physical tasks, including lifting up to 23 kilograms.
