ローズウッド宮古島では、ランドリー業務を監督し、最高水準のサービスを保証するランドリーアシスタントマネージャーを募集しています。ランドリーチームの監督、品質管理、設備メンテナンスの調整、在庫管理、ホテルのポリシーや手順の遵守を行います。


主な責務

- ランドリーアテンダント、ウォッシャー、プレッサー、ユニフォームアテンダントの監督とトレーニング。

- 毎日のランドリー業務を監督し、ゲストとホテルのリネンサービスの効率と品質を確保する。

- ハウスキーピングやエンジニアリングと連携し、設備や清潔さの基準を維持する。

- スケジュール管理、給与計算、在庫管理、運営予算を管理する。

- 安全規則の遵守と適切な化学薬品の取り扱いを徹底する。

- ゲストや従業員のランドリーに関する要望や懸念を処理する。

- ランドリーの生産と在庫に関する正確な記録とレポートを管理する。


資格

- 同様の職務で最低2年のマネージメント経験。

- 強いリーダーシップ、組織力、問題解決能力。

- 日本語と英語での口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力を有する方を優遇。

- 適切な化学薬品の取り扱いとランドリー業務のベストプラクティスに関する知識。

- 外国人候補者が日本でこのポジションの就労ビザを取得するためには、準学士号または学士号に加えて、同様のポジションで10年の管理職経験が必要です。

Rosewood Miyakojima is seeking a Laundry Assistant Manager to oversee our laundry operations and ensure the highest standards of service. This role involves supervising the laundry team, maintaining quality control, coordinating equipment maintenance, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train Laundry Attendants, Washers, Pressers, and Uniform Attendants.

- Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in guest and hotel linen services.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to maintain equipment and cleanliness standards.

- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and operational budgets.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper chemical handling.

- Handle guest and employee laundry-related requests and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records and reports for laundry production and inventory.


Qualifications:

- Minimum two years of management experience in a similar role.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Preference for candidates with Japanese and English verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and laundry operations best practices.

- For foreign candidates to qualify for a work visa for this position in Japan, an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is required plus 10 years of management experience in a similar position.
