We are recruiting for a Sales Executive position to join the team at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel. As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, aligned with our strategy to deliver revenue targets and enhance brand image.

Essential duties and responsibilities


    Provide an administrative support role for the sales managers and assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by Sales Managers and ADOSM

    Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and email with tailor-made proposals and to follow up all enquires

    Promote of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach

    Maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients through attendance at networking events and promotional events

    Conduct site inspections with clients and agents and to plan and attend familiarization trips

    Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager

    Prepare FIT agreements and maintain relationships with Key accounts

    Liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the ADOSM

    Use Cevent and to conduct the GRC and use Delphi.

    Strive to achieve upselling/cross selling goals 

    Take an active role in daily handovers – contributing and communicating relevant issues.

    Handle any guests’ problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner

    Liaise to the other operational departments for any arrangements necessary to our guest


Job Requirements


    2 years, previous experience in 5* Hotel 

    English Level B2/C1

    Have a thorough knowledge of the PMS systems, such as Opera, Sales and others

    Attitude for attention to details and excellence

    Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, problem solving and resilience skills

    Linguistic/Humanistic Education preferred
