Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager to manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Work closely with culinary team to enhance the dining experience through effective communication of guest preferences and special requests
• Train and supervise team members to ensure the quality and consistency of service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant F&B supervisory experience
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Holder of Hygiene Certificate or equivalent Certificate
