Job Description

Rosewood Bangkok is looking for a Concierge. The Concierge provides information to guest/visitor inquiries and courteously and efficiently coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services. Escorts VIPs to assigned guestrooms, informing guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities. Attends to VIPs' immediate needs upon arrival and follows through throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries.
  • Coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services.
  • Escorts VIPs to assigned guests, informing guests of hotel service, features, and room amenities.
  • Attends to immediate needs of VIPs upon arrival and follows through attention throughout the stay.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel
  • Knowledge of local restaurants, museums, and attractions
  • Exceptional communication skills
