Role

 

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Porter to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Purchasing Porter is appointed to put all food deliveries in the appropriate storage areas, rotating dates, as well as control other deliveries made in to the hotel. This role offers a schedule of 40 hours spread over 5 working days. 


Key expectations of this role are

    Delivering all food received to the correct kitchen areas within the hotel.

    Ensuring that all food is taken to the kitchen for the chef's approval. 

    Assisting the Goods Receiver with food deliveries when needed.

    Signing the delivery documents after receiving the goods and confirming that the actual receipt matches the electronic Purchase Order.

    Ensuring that items in the loading bay are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
