Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, leading a team of bartenders and barbacks, and ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise bar staff and ensure smooth, efficient operation during shifts

  • Provide hands-on support during busy periods, including mixing and serving drinks

  • Maintain stock levels, place orders, and conduct inventory checks

  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly

  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and licensing laws

  • Monitor cash handling and end-of-day procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender; supervisory or management experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service
