As a key member of our Eeuwen team, you will represent the restaurant’s standards of excellence during our morning service. With warmth, precision, and attentiveness, you will help set the tone for each guest’s day by delivering a seamless and refined breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service during breakfast hours
• Confidently guide guests through the breakfast menu, including à la carte and buffet offerings
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, and light breakfast items with care and efficiency
• Ensure accurate order taking and smooth coordination with the kitchen
• Maintain impeccable presentation of the breakfast buffet, tables, and service areas
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service etiquette

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in breakfast or hotel service
• Basic knowledge of food, coffee, and breakfast service standards
• A friendly, energetic, and guest-focused attitude—especially in early hours
• Strong communication skills and a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced morning environment
• A team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
