Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate with a professional presence, polished demeanor, and a passion for elevated guest experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who values quality over quantity and thrives in an upscale hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion

  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests with prompt, courteous service

  • Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and special guest arrangements

  • Collaborate with concierge, housekeeping, and valet teams to ensure a seamless experience

  • Handle phone calls and guest communications in line with hotel standards

  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and lobby area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor in line with luxury hospitality standards

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)

  • Comfortable with hotel property management systems and basic office software

  • Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership over guest satisfaction
