About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Rosewood Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. You will lead by example, ensuring your team is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with our brand values of excellence, consistency, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and inspire housekeeping team members across guest rooms and public areas

• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet hotel standards and guest expectations

• Coordinate daily schedules and assign tasks effectively for optimal productivity

• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing training of housekeeping staff

• Monitor linen and supply usage, report inventory needs, and support cost-effective operations

• Collaborate closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and professionally

• Uphold strict health and safety protocols and quality control standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team

• Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Working knowledge of housekeeping systems (PMS, inventory tools) is an advantage
