Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Reservations Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will lead and oversee the Reservations Department to ensure exceptional service standards and optimal conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.


Key expectations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reservations DepartmentEnsure all reservation enquiries (phone, email, online) are handled professionally and converted effectively into bookings
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of all reservations, ensuring correct input into the Property Management System
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, service procedures, and call handling guidelines
  • Monitor and manage overbooking levels in coordination with Revenue and Rooms leadership
  • Manage and maintain all reservation systems, including PMS (e.g. Opera) and CRS (e.g. SynXis)
  • Ensure rate integrity, availability, and content accuracy across all distribution channels and third-party platforms
  • Drive conversion of enquiries into bookings in line with the hotel’s sales and revenue strategy
  • Analyse reservation trends, call data, and pick-up reports to optimise performance


Profile:

  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on conversion and revenue optimisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (Opera, SynXis preferred)
