Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Technology Experience Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will ensure that property level technology systems elevate guest experiences, enhance operational efficiency, and support business goals. You will lead daily technology operations, manage core systems and infrastructure, and play an important role in advancing digital transformation at the property.


Key expectations:

  • Lead and manage daily IT operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting for optimal system performance.
  • Support and implement property-level technology projects, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and timelines.
  • Manage PMS, POS, and guest-facing platforms to ensure seamless operational and guest experiences.
  • Oversee cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure performance.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and maintain required documentation.
  • Supervise IT support staff, provide mentorship, and coordinate effectively across technical and non technical stakeholders.


Profile:

  • You bring strong expertise in cloud technologies, including Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • You have hands-on experience with PMS, POS, and guest-facing hotel technologies.
  • You understand cybersecurity frameworks, privacy regulations, and best practice security operations.
  • You’re comfortable leading IT teams, mentoring support staff, and partnering across departments.
  • You have experience coordinating technology projects and managing third party vendors.
  • You communicate clearly, translate technical concepts for non technical audiences, and enjoy enabling others through technology
