Serra is a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired dining destination rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and genuine hospitality. As Floor Manager, you will lead the restaurant floor during service, setting the pace, coaching the team, and ensuring every guest experiences the warmth, energy, and attention to detail that define Serra.

The Role

As Floor Manager, you will be a visible and confident leader on the floor, responsible for service flow, guest engagement, and team performance. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team, you will help deliver seamless service in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the restaurant floor during service

• Set service standards and lead by example through hands-on service

• Build strong guest relationships, recognising regulars and personalising experiences

• Support training, coaching, and development of the service team

• Manage service flow, table turns, and team deployment

• Handle guest feedback with confidence, care, and ownership

• Ensure brand standards, presentation, and cleanliness are consistently maintained

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to deliver smooth service

About You

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a quality-led restaurant or luxury hospitality environment

• A natural host with strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence

• Calm, organised, and confident during busy services

• Passionate about food, wine, and Mediterranean hospitality

• Detail-focused while maintaining a warm and approachable style

• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic hospitality environment
