The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Home to 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces, it provides a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

The Role:
As a Porter, you will be one of the first people our guests meet on arrival and among the last they see on departure. Your role is to ensure every journey in and out of the hotel is seamless, thoughtful, and memorable. With a natural sense of care and discretion, you will assist with luggage, offer support with transport, and create a warm welcome that reflects our commitment to relationship hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greeting guests and assisting with arrivals and departures.

• Handling luggage and personal belongings with efficiency and care.

• Assisting with guest transportation requests, including valet services where required.

• Supporting the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Maintaining entrance, lobby, and driveway areas to the highest standard.

About You:

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to interact with guests from around the world.

• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, composed manner.

• A genuine passion for service and creating memorable guest moments.
