Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Including 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate/ Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. This role requires a strong eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work efficiently within a team. You will contribute to upholding the hotel’s high standards, consistently exceeding expectations. Your efforts will directly impact the overall guest experience, ensuring that every room is a place of relaxation. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain immaculate presentation of all guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Expertly track and manage key guest updates, including preferences and room status, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and departments for smooth operations
  • Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Actively listen to feedback regarding guest rooms, promptly addressing concerns and implementing effective solutions to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with all associates, supporting the overall success of the hotel and prioritising guest satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.
