As a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key part in ensuring that every guest experience is defined by comfort, detail, and care. Leading and supporting the housekeeping team, you will oversee daily operations, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, and provide guidance to associates so that our rooms and public spaces consistently reflect the elegance of Rosewood. This is a role for someone who combines an eye for detail with strong leadership, a calm presence, and a passion for service.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas.

Inspecting rooms and spaces to ensure the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.

Leading, motivating, and training housekeeping associates to deliver consistent excellence.

Coordinating schedules, assignments, and task follow-up for the housekeeping team.

Supporting the Executive Housekeeper with administration, inventory, and departmental projects.

Responding promptly to guest requests with discretion and warmth.
About You:

Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel housekeeping team.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A detail-oriented approach and a commitment to consistently high standards.

Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
