The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

GSQ is a vibrant community space offering quality, approachable dining from morning to evening. Whether stopping by for expertly crafted coffee, enjoying a fresh, seasonal lunch, or relaxing with friends during aperitivo hour, GSQ is designed to foster connection, celebration, and everyday enjoyment for all. We are looking for Servers to bring our guests an exceptional sense of welcome and refined service. As a Server, you will create warm and memorable dining experiences, anticipating needs with discretion, style, and attention to detail. With genuine passion for hospitality, you will be an integral part of delivering the Forbes and Rosewood standards that set GSQ apart in the heart of Mayfair.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering attentive, personalised, and intuitive service throughout the guest journey.

• Supporting the restaurant team in maintaining Forbes, LQA and Rosewood service standards.

• Showcasing thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and pairings, confidently guiding guests through their dining experience.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Food & Beverage to ensure seamless operations.

• Taking ownership of guest needs and feedback with professionalism and care.

About You

• Passionate about hospitality, with previous experience in luxury dining preferred.

• Naturally warm and engaging with excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• A collaborative team player, committed to delivering elevated guest experiences.

Balancing the rich history of the iconic building with contemporary comforts prioritized by today’s luxury traveler, the hotel will showcase architecture restoration by British architect Sir David Chipperfield of David Chipperfield Architects and interiors by French architect Joseph Dirand.
