Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression

A new chapter in Japanese fine dining is about to unfold and you could be part of it. Tobi Masa, from legendary chef Masayoshi ‘Masa’ Takayama, opens this September in The Chancery Rosewood. With three Michelin stars and a career that has shaped the course of modern omakase, Chef Masa now brings his unmistakable touch to London. The menu will be masterful in its execution, and the team behind it just as exceptional.

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who leads with calm, precision, and quiet confidence. Someone who can support the Chef de Cuising to help shape an opening team rooted in mutual respect, technical excellence and a deep commitment to craft.

Benefits:

· 12 complimentary room nights across the Rosewood portfolio annually

· Discounts on Food & Beverage

· Flexible benefits scheme

· 'Give Days' – a paid volunteering day each year

· Birthday day off – a paid day of leave for your birthday

· Developmental & social calendars

· Life insurance cover

· Enhanced sick pay policy
