Position Overview
Rosewood AMAALA, part of the ultra-luxury Red Sea Global destination, is seeking a dedicated and organized Associate Accommodation Supervisor to join our pre-opening team. This role will oversee the daily operations of associate housing, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment that reflects Rosewood’s culture of care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining housing standards, supervising housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring associate well-being within the accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations of associate accommodations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
 • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities, addressing any issues promptly.
 • Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping teams to ensure timely repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of all living spaces.
 • Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and supplies required for associate housing.
 • Monitor occupancy levels, room allocations, and ensure accurate record-keeping of residents.
 • Enforce accommodation policies, procedures, and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with company and local requirements.
 • Address associate concerns and complaints related to housing with professionalism and empathy.
 • Support the implementation of welfare initiatives to enhance the associate living experience.
 • Assist in pre-opening preparations including setup of rooms, furnishing, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
 • Provide orientation for new associates upon arrival, ensuring they are familiar with housing rules, facilities, and services.
 • Prepare reports on accommodation operations, occupancy, and maintenance requirements for management review.
 • Foster a positive, respectful, and community-oriented living environment for all associates.
Qualifications
-  Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or related field. 
-  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accommodation, housekeeping, or facility supervision, preferably in luxury hospitality. 
-  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
-  Experience supervising multicultural teams in a housing or hospitality environment. 
-  Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. 
-  Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. 
-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems. 
-  Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.
