Position Overview

• Rosewood AMAALA, an ultra-luxury wellness and lifestyle destination within Red Sea Global, invites dynamic and inspiring Movement Coaches to join our pre-opening team. Guided by Rosewood’s philosophy of A Sense of Place®, this role focuses on elevating physical wellbeing through personalized fitness, mindful movement, and holistic lifestyle guidance. The ideal candidate will craft transformative fitness journeys that blend physical vitality, emotional balance, and the serenity of AMAALA’s natural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized fitness, mobility, and functional movement programs for guests based on individual assessments and goals.
• Conduct group and private sessions across disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, strength conditioning, mobility flow, or aquatic fitness.
• Integrate mindfulness and breathwork elements to promote holistic wellness and recovery.
• Collaborate with Spa, Nutrition, and Wellness teams to create comprehensive guest wellbeing experiences and retreat programs.
• Ensure safe, effective, and professional guidance in all sessions, adapting to various fitness levels and health conditions.
• Inspire and motivate guests through compassionate coaching and genuine engagement.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of wellness and movement spaces, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and ambiance standards meet Rosewood expectations.
• Contribute creative input toward new class concepts, signature movement rituals, and lifestyle workshops.
• Accurately maintain client progress records, attendance logs, and wellness feedback reports.
• Adhere to KSA health, safety, and licensing regulations and uphold Rosewood’s brand values and service culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Movement Coach, Fitness Instructor, or Wellness Trainer in a luxury resort, wellness retreat, or high-end fitness studio.
•  in fitness, personal training, yoga, Pilates, or related movement disciplines (e.g., ACE, NASM, Yoga Alliance, Stott Pilates).
• Strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and holistic health principles.
• Proven ability to work with diverse clientele and adapt sessions to various cultural and physical needs.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and motivational skills with a polished luxury service approach.
• Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and nature-inspired living.
