- Possessing a thorough knowledge of the operation of the Restaurant, within each level of the room including Food Runners, Waiters, Head Waiters, the Bar, Barista and Reception.
- Having a full understanding of the restaurant reservation system in order to assist with overflow calls from Reservations.
- Ensuring a sound knowledge of the systems used for Time & Attendance, materials control and recruitment
- Responding to all guest reviews and comments in an engaging manner whilst using Rosewood standards.
- Communicating closely with the F&B Reservations, Floor Management and Kitchen teams.
- Having a good knowledge of restaurant operations within an upscale, fast paced environment
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Good communications skills in order to handle guest comments and deal with the Floor and Kitchen teams.
