Role
 
We are currently looking for a Hotel Bar Security Officer to join our team of Security associates at Rosewood London. Our Hotel Bar Security Officers are entrusted to ensure the safety and security of our guests, associates and the company's assets. 

Key expectations of this role are
  • Having knowledge of all regulations for establishments which serve alcohol and conduct check of legal and drinking age of the guests.
  • Assisting the bar team with the closing of the premises, ensuring there are no Guests inside the Bar area before departing.
  • Reporting all instances of criminal acts, guest complaints and other issues to the Security control room officers.
  • Liaising with Scarfes Bar associates throughout the shift on access control.
  • Identifying and removing all undesirables who are seen to be of detriment to the hotel and / or its clients and those exhibiting aggressive and disobedience behavior.
  • Responding immediately to all Fire and DDA alarms and act in accordance with policy and procedures.

Profile
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
  • Being able to take control of any unforeseen situations involving safety and security matters.
  • Possessing a SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence.
  • Being able to handle confidential information.
