- すべての防火扉と避難経路が明確であることを確認し、建物を巡回すること。
- 事業継続、脅威状況、パンデミックに関するRosewood 宮古島の常任命令に従うこと。
- ローズウッド・宮古島の指示に従い、全てのセキュリティとホテルの記録を確実に管理すること。
- セキュリティ部門内外の従業員のトレーニングを支援し、熟知すること:
- 専門的な出版物を研究し、今日のセキュリティ分野における新しい開発、トレンド、システムに遅れないようにすること。
- 安全衛生、防火、衛生に関する規則の遵守を徹底し、アソシエイトがこの面での責任を十分に認識し、遵守するようにすること。
- ホテルは、達成すべき高水準の継続性を確保するため、アソシエイトの柔軟性に大きく依存している。従って、この職務経歴書は、最も一般的な職務の手引きであり、この職務のすべての側面を網羅したものではありません。

- 警備担当者のローテーションを確実に実施し、欠勤、病気、休暇の際の警備担当者のカバーを確保すること。
- 部門長が不在の場合、セキュリティと安全に関するあらゆる面でセキュリティ部門を監督すること。
- ゲストルームやパブリックエリアの物品を定期的に監視し、セキュリティの向上を図ること。



Job Summary 
The practical application of Security and Safety measures which will include the well-being of guests, Associates and the company’s assets, according to agreed policies of the company and the procedures and objectives as set out by the Director of Safety &Security and of the Security Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities • To assess and report potential loss situations in the hotel in order that accidental Profit loss may be prevented. • To report and investigate all thefts and criminal offences in the hotel or affecting the hotel, record all relevant incidents to Director of Safety and Security and EAM. • To assess and report potential safety hazards in order that remedial action are taken. • The identification and removal of all undesirables who are seen to be of detriment to the hotel and / or its clients. • To assist in the supervision and application of the key control system for all rooms, departments and master keys of the hotel. • To ensure the secure handling of all cash movements throughout the hotel. • To assist in enquiries from the civil police or other Government departments and law enforcement agencies. • To respond immediately to all fire alarms and act in accordance with policy and procedures with regard to fire, also to respond to all exit and security alarms, making a full investigation and reporting accordingly. • To adhere to any other reasonable instruction from Senior Management. • To be familiar with anti-terrorist and bomb threat procedure and are able to act as a leader in the event of emergency. • To render prompt assistance in the case of a fire, accident or any other emergency that may arise
