Role

We are currently looking for a Night Chef - In Room Dining and Bar Kitchen to join our team at Rosewood London. 


Key expectations of this role are
  • Ensuring food safety and health and safety regulation and standards are respected by the brigade all times.
  • Ensuring food wastage and food quality in order to maintain profit margins at night without compromsing on quality standards.
  • Taking full charge of all culinary related aspects at night time.
  • Taking a proactive approach in planning ahead and ordering for your section.

Profile
  • The ability to work in a team and work alone efficiently.
  • Being organised and efficient in managing and assigning responsibilities.
  • A good understanding of how to deal with off the menu requests
  • Experience in producing high quality food in an upscale environment.
